Meeting Spaces

CLUB ROOM
Our largest meeting space can seat up to 400 people in chairs, or 100 people classroom style. It has standing room for 500 people. This space is equipped with a state-of-the-art A/V system that can be customized for bands, presentations or trainings. Projector, whiteboard, folding tables and chairs are available upon request.
Lake lodge
A living room style meeting space that can be configured to seat approximately 20 people. This space has a 80 inch TV that can be used for presentations or ZOOM calls.

The Lake Lodge Room is a living-room-style meeting space that can be configured to seat approximately 25 people. This space has an 80-inch TV that can be used for presentations or virtual meetings. Folding tables and chairs are available upon request.
Conference ROOM
The Conference Room is a traditional conference-style meeting space. This space can be configured to seat a maximum of 20 people. This space has a 72-inch TV that can be used for presentations or virtual meetings. Folding tables and chairs are available upon request.
Health lodge
We’re perfectly suited for family reunions, milestone birthdays and anniversaries. Consult with our event coordinator to schedule your event or just dream about what’s possible.
The Hacienda
We’re perfectly suited for family reunions, milestone birthdays and anniversaries. This space is configured to fit a maximum of 12 people. Consult with our event coordinator to schedule your event. Or share your dream with us, and we can show you what’s possible. Whiteboard, folding tables and chairs are available upon request.
Axis
This meeting space can be configured to meet the needs of the guests. It can seat up to 35 people, classroom style. This space has a 60-inch TV that can be used for presentations or virtual meetings. A sound system can be set up in this room for smaller bands or lectures. Whiteboard, folding tables and chairs are available upon request.
dining hall
Our two-story dining hall can seat up to 525 guests. All of our meals are served family style. Our kitchen team is able to accommodate any special diets (i.e. gluten free, dairy free, vegan, or nut allergies).
We are also able to offer appetizer hours, snacks in meeting spaces, and late night snacks. The dining hall is equipped with a state-of-the-art A/V system.
AMPHITHEATRE
Our amphitheater is in the middle of camp and has a wonderful view of the lake! This space can seat 1,500 people and is great for outdoor bands or lectures. This space can be set up with an A/V system.
PLAZA
Our lakeside plaza is perfect for appetizer hours and bonfires. This space has outdoor lights, so it can be used at all hours! It has three fire pits, plenty of rocking chairs, and the best view of the lake.

Our camp snack bar serves packaged snacks, soft drinks, candy, warm snacks and cold treats! Groups can decide when they would like the snack bar to be open.

The game room is an air conditioned space located in the heart of camp and provides a perfect place for a little friendly competition. Try your hand at ping pong, pool or foosball.
